An Edwardian Arts & Crafts ash wardrobe attributed to Shapland & Petter Barnstaple, probably retailed by Goodall's Manchester, having left mirrored robe with flared cornice top, right section with shaped top, cabinet with pierced Art Nouveau stylised copper grille glazed doors above open compartments and short drawer, lower long drawer and bracket feet, the locks stamped 'Goodall's Manchester', width 124cm, depth 50cm & height 211.5cm. Condition - repair to chips on left side, front left cornice chipped and has been smoothed down, mirrored door missing handle, small chip to right side of left section, dent to front right cornice, bottom drawer handle loose and missing bolt, generally sturdy, minor losses to silvering on mirror, chip and repair to bottom drawer top right corner, wear to copper handles and grille, generally appears clean.
