W G Loraine on Aug 31.13 as a mark of Appreciation by The Railwaymen of Manchester District', H62cm, W55cm, D20cm. W G Loraine was President of The Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants in 1902. Founded in 1871, the ASRS eventually merged wth ASLEF,GRWU & UPSS to form The National Union of Railwaymen in1913.
