A 19th Century marquetry and walnut Cabinet of serpentine form, the figured walnut top crossbanded in kingwood above a gilt metal and marquetry frieze, the pair of gilt metal mounted doors having panels of vases of flowers on brackets, the doors flanked by turned columns and floral scrolled marquetry to the lower frieze, 4ft 2in W x 3ft 7¾in H x 1ft 5in Deep
A good Tunbridge ware rosewood table cabinet, the canted edge top with a central mosaic panel of leaf scrolls within twin geometric borders, the sides and back in rosewood, the hinged door with a floral mosaic mirror panel within geometric mosaic border on a rosewood stepped base. The door interior lined in red velvet, the interior with four graduated drawers with bands of geometric mosaic, each lined in original red paper, 18.4 x 12 x 14.8cms. A good Tunbridge ware rosewood table cabinet, the cushion form overhanging top inset with a mosaic panel of flowers and leaves within a narrow geometric mosaic border over a pair of doors with conforming floral mosaics and geometric border, button form stick ware escutcheon and dummy, over an angled base mould raised on four bun feet. The interior with four graduated drawers each with a geometric mosaic banding, the drawers lined in cedar, 19.5 x 15 x 17cms. From the collection of Dr. Brian Austen
A Regency red leather and tooled table cabinet, circa 1800, the fan segmented top within fluted and tooled borders over a pair of doors with recessed panels decorated in polychrome with chinoiserie scenes, the interior with four drawers variously fitted for jewellery, writing, sewing, each with gilt mounted ring handle. Gilt brass ring carrying handles, the whole raised on floral decorated gilt brass paw feet, usual scuffs and wear, feet misshapen in parts, 23 x 17.5 x 25cms.
Five trays of Royal Albert 'Old Country Roses' English fine bone china to include: a fourteen piece coffee set with coffee pot, twenty one piece teaset, milk jugs, two tier cake stand, floral ornament, teaspoons, vases, animal shaped posie vases, shoe and other ornaments, pin trays, picture frames, phone, clock etc. Together with a Royal Albert 'A celebration of the old country roses' cabinet cup and saucer and a commemorative cup.(B.P. 21% + VAT)
Two 19th century Prattware transfer printed pot lids to include: 'The Enthusiast' together with two Aynsley fruit design cabinet cups and saucers. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Pot lids - both have glue to the underside and some discolouration to the top, crazing, one has a chip to the base rim and the other rim has one large and multiple small chips to the rim. Cups and saucers - one has gilt loss to the handle and some very minor wear. One is a bit dusty, some scratches/wear to the centre of the saucer and discolouration to the base of the cup.
