A Royal Worcester Fruit Painted Cabinet Plate, F Higgins, 20th century], shaped circular, centrally painted with two apples, fruiting and flowering brambles, signed "F Higgins", within a shell edged "shell and cobweb" border, in canary yellow and lilac picked out in raised gilt, black printed crown and wheel mark and "W8346" in iron red enamels, 23cm diameter *Frank Higgins was born in 1940 and started at the factory in 1957 doing figures and painted fruit etc. He was apprenticed to Harry Davies.
