I H TOOKE. T HOLCROTT. I A BONNEY. J JOYCE. S KID. J THELWALL. I RICHTER. I BAXTER. 1794 (DH 1011). About very fine, obverse with some cabinet wear, very rare.
RUSSIAN Commemorative MEDALS, A Collection of Plaster-casts of many of the classic historical medals of the 18th century, contained in four trays of a stacking cabinet, with two further trays, one containing casts of Papal medals, the other mostly early 19th century British medals, manufactured c.1840; the oak cabinet with seven trays and fitted top, 302mm x 214mm x 72mm (12 x 8 x 6¾ ins). The cabinet and contents mostly in excellent order, the casts originally stuck to the trays for display but many now loose. (lot) The Russian medals include portraits from Peter the Great onwards and include many naval and military subjects.
COIN CABINETS [furniture], An early 19th Century mahogany coin cabinet 360mm high x 445mm wide x 290mm deep, containing 28 trays single pierced for coins of various sizes, and two deep plain trays, white pulls, solid panel doors with satinwood decoration. One tray damaged, lock loose, but a handsome piece.

A handsome and useful cabinet in good condition. the ivorine maker’s label states “FREE EXCHANGE OF TRAYS IF UNSUITED”
