Contemporary 15 Drawer Collector's Cabinet. Solid oak body with oak drawers, knobs and ply bases. Each drawer opens smoothly on runners. Dark stained finish. This cabinet was built to order for the vendor by a local carpenter a couple of years ago at a cost of nearly £2000. W 64cm, D 41cm, H 92cm. Each drawer is the same internal size and layout with a single central bar creating two spaces each measuring W 24.7, D 35cm, H 3.8cm. (C)

A wonderful counter top shop cabinet, with a sloping glass top with a variety of Patchquick tins inside, with four drawers to the base. The arched top marked 'Patchquick Specialities', and with a label on the back 'This cabinet 1042 is on loan & is the sole property of Patchquicks, Patent, Tiverton, England. 56cms high *This cabinet was owned by Charles Underwood, who ran a Motor Cycle & Bicycle repair shop in Glastonbury in the 1930's, and has passed through the family. It comes with a letter of provenance (see images). *CR The arched top has some bits of wood missing around the top and a small section of the board missing, the back of the arch has some veneer missing and has dried and cracked over time. The sides have some old worm holes and cracks to the surface, small chip to the base and some wear around the base.
Including a cup and saucer hand painted with fruit on a mossy ground and gilded decoration, saucer signed by R Austin, the cup signed by Price (saucer 14cms diameter, cup 5.5cms high). Also with a smaller cabinet cup and saucer, hand painted with fruit on a mossy ground and gilded decoration, both signed by W Bee (saucer 9.5cms diameter, cup 3.5cms high). (4). *CR Larger cup and saucer, some scratches to the well, otherwise both seem fine. Smaller cup and saucer, saucer has a few scratches to the well, small area of wear to the rim (minor), otherwise they both seem fine.
A mahogany display cabinet with a sloping hinged lid, supported on a seperate pierced pine stand, and containing various sections of coral, shells and other items. Cabinet 90cms across by 50cms, 127cms high including stand. *CR Glass missing/damaged from the top and front (damaged glass panel on the front has been removed for safety), glass side panels ok, material inside is marked, the contents are quite messy with loose fragments and bits inside. Stand seems solid, dirty and needs a good clean up, some wear and marks in places.
A large pine cabinet with a glazed door, fitted with 28 drawers with bone handles (one handle missing), each drawer with divisions inside. With a makers plaque on the front, 'James How & Co, 5 St Bride St, London'. 38cms high, top 35cms by 29cms. *CR The case has general wear as you would expect including various marks and scratches, there is a chip to the side of the back panel, one bone handle is missing from the top drawer. Lock is not working at the moment.

Built-in speakers on the left and right side of the cabinet. Comes with instructions in various languages. 72cm x 109cm x 36cm.
