Pinsel in Braun über schwarzer Kreide, aufgezogen. 16,3 x 20,5 cm. Durameau war Schüler von Jean-Baptiste Marie Pierre. Als Historienmaler führte er bedeutende Aufträge für die Schlösser und Palais in Paris und Versailles aus. Leider hat sich mit Ausnahme des Deckengemäldes in der Galerie d'Apollon im Louvre kaum etwas von seinem Werk erhalten. Er war Maler am Cabinet du Roi und wirkte als Kurator der Gemälde in Versailles. Auf den Pariser Salons war er von 1767 bis 1789 vertreten. Die Zuschreibung an Durameau stammt von Anne Leclair, der Verfasserin des Werkverzeichnisses des Künstlers. Provenienz: Sammlung Alfred Normand, Paris (Lugt 153c). Deutsch: 1785. Entwurf für ein Gartenpavillion 1785. Entwurf für einen filigranen Gartenpavillion aus Metallgitter. Feder in Schwarz und Braun, aquarelliert. 56,5 x 44,7 cm. Eigenh. bez., signiert und datiert "Grund Riß zu dem Trilliage Cabinet ... Elias Samuel Korschelt wird ein Schmit 1785". Der überaus fein gezeichnete Entwurf für einen "Treillage"-Gartenpavillion aus Metallgittern war offenbar Bestandteil der zunftmäßigen Ausbildung zum Metallschmied. Diese Projektion hat Elias Samuel Korschelt, der leider nicht weiter dokumentiert ist, im Jahr 1785 angefertigt. Beigegeben zwei weitere Entwürfe aus den Jahren 1784 und 1785 von Johann August Schmahl: "Entwurf für einen Triumphbogen" und Carl Gottlob Weise ("wird ein Steinmetz"): "Portal zu einer Kirche auch zu einem Hospital zu applicieren".
