A Dutch walnut floral and bird marquetry display cabinet, circa 1780, the shaped moulded arched cornice centred by a carved portrait bust medallion within a ribbon tied wreath, with two smaller medallions below, fitted with shaped shelves enclosed by a pair of glazed doors with flanking canted sides, the bombé projecting base with three long drawers with mask and classical urn gilt metal handles and escutcheons linked by swags, canted angled sides, on carved claw and ball feet, 152cm wide, 231cm high. Illustrated.
A William & Mary walnut crossbanded and oyster walnut isometric inlaid cabinet, the ogee cornice above a pair of doors enclosing an arrangement of nine small drawers around a central cupboard fitted with a further seven small drawers, a shallow long drawer below, with a moulded base, the projecting stand with a shallow long drawer, on later spiral turned legs united by flat stretchers, on turned feet, 101cm wide, 145cm high, with keys.
