Sackville-West July 1922" on front free endpapers, lightly toned, otherwise internally clean, original cloth, spine faded, light surface soiling to upper cover, spine ends frayed, 8vo, 1922.⁂ A lovely association copy, dedicated to Alfred Milner, (1854-1925), 1st Viscount Milner, former Secretary of State for the Colonies, and one of the most important members of David Lloyd George's War Cabinet, in 1921.
