Cooke DFC AFC DFM AE and were selected by him on the basis of aircraft with which he had involvment during the war. The models are: VA Wellington II, HP Halifax II, SB Stirling I, AW Whitley, Airspeed AS 10 and DH 82. Together with a copy of the biography of Cooke by Franks and Muggleton. VGC. £60-80
