A RARE NANTGARW PORCELAIN CABINET CUP & STAND, circa 1818-20, of slightly flared u-shape in parakeet-green ground, with gilt dentil rim and having gilt twin gryphon handles, both elements applied in high relief with a continuous garland of white flowers with their centres picked out in gold, elsewhere sprays of vivid coloured flowers, cup 8.5cms high (chip to foot of cup and repaired handle)
A FINE SWANSEA TOPOGRAPHICAL DECORATED CABINET CUP & SAUCER the cup with everted rim and raised over three paw feet, the mask-head handle scrolling to a floral disc terminal and painted with a large panelled landscape featuring river, castle, church and figures by a river with the mast of a boat beyond, entitled in red script to base 'Gloucester'. The saucer also painted with a titled landscape 'Near Belper, Derbyshire' featuring fishermen at the bend of a river and hill-top mansion house, both elements with rococo gilding to a deep blue reserve, cup 12cms high, old Steele & Garnett collector's label
A REGENCY ROSEWOOD, BRASS MARQUETRY AND PARCEL GILT LIBRARY TABLE in THE LOUIS XIV STYLE, attributed to JOHN MCLEAN, with green leather top, banded by brass marquetry, two frieze drawers and central Bacchus mask head, the reverse side the same with dummy drawers and supported on tapering legs with castors. 4ft 6ins long, 3ft 2ins wide, 2ft 6ins high.
