A Queen Anne burr walnut cabinet originally on a chest or stand, now missing, the flared moulded pediment over a pair of crossbanded and herringbone banded doors with brass locks, the interior with an arrangement of ten well figured herringbone banded and oak lined drawers, with the original gilt brass drop handles on split pins, the drawers divided by reeded mouldings, on a moulded plinth, 43in. (109cm.) wide, 36½in. (93cm.) high, 20½in. (52cm.) deep.
A good Victorian amboyna, leopardwood and marquetry display cabinet late 19th century, the amboyna veneered top banded in leopardwood and fruitwood with a moulded ebonised border and outset corners, over a glazed door and glazed sides banded in similar style enclosing a mirrored interior with two later glass shelves, flanked by canted corners headed by marquetry inlaid architectural mouldings, on a moulded plinth base with outset corners on ebonised toupie feet, 30½ x 15½in. (77.5 x 39.5cm.), 41½in. (105cm.) high.
A Sevres style handpainted cabinet plate 19th century, the well painted and enamelled with a young dandy at rest beside a lake, within a gilt diaper border, the gently scalloped Sevres blue rim with ribbon tied floral and foliate decoration in gilt relief, blue painted Sevres mark to base, 9¾in. (25cm.) diameter.
A Japanese lacquer and Shibayama table cabinet Meiji period, of rectangular form, the wooden cabinet carved with figures and pagodas in landscapes, painted to simulate cinnabar lacquer, the door with an inset Shibayama panel, depicting a cockerel and hen beneath a peony, on a gilt ground, the interior with two small staggered drawers inset with similar floral Shibayama panels, on a plinth base, 7½ x 12¼in. (19 x 31cm.), 14¼in. (36cm.) high.
