Collmanns, London, 73, 47, A pair of gilt ground painted panels, # 5. (?)', 107cm. high by 86cm. wide by 24cm. deep
A Georg Jensen silver 'blossom' tea pot, dated 1911, with manufacturer's mark 1909-1914, hammered compressed circular, the cover with oversized blossom and stem, with hardwood handle, inscribed above handle A.Kj3/4r, 13cm, 5in high Anton Kj3/4r, the vendor's grandfather, was a Danish cabinet maker and a good friend of Georg Jensen. It is likely that this piece is a unique collaboration, where the usual ivory handle has been substituted for hardwood.
A cream painted cocktail cabinet, in the manner of Rene Drouet, circa 1940, with panelled front and sides, the front decorated with a pheasant amongst foliate and flowering branches, the centrally hinged door enclosing a sycamore veneered interior with four shelves, the reverse of the door with a mirror back and central light, 141cm. by 95cm. wide by 47cm. deep
