A 19thC bone and ivory inlaid ebonised Milanese Table Cabinet, with triple pediment, the upper section having a central dome inlaid with figures of putti, mythical creatures and foliate designs,flanked by Corinthian columns and formerly a door, small banks of drawers unite the three sections atop an angular inverted breakfront platform base containing five drawers, in need of restoration with three doors missing 3'3in [99cm] wide.
An Aesthetic Movement inlaid satinwood Breakfront Side Cabinet/Credenza, with shaped inlaid moulded top and short back, above a pair of inlaid and carved glazed central doors revealing velvet lined shelves, flanked by single panel doors with marquetry stylised urn, palm leaf and floral decoration supported by brass Gothic L-shaped hinges, raised on a carved plinth 66½in [169cm] wide, the back of the piece having been cut to accommodate skirting. Provenance: by family tradition a gift to the family from Lord Derby of Knowsley Hall.
