Note: This collection was formed by the late Mr William Griffiths, manager at Foyle’s Bookshop in London, and later of Griffs Bookshop in Cecil Court. Griffiths had previously acquired a collection of papers from D.R.Daniel, a Welshman and local union man who stood for the Quarrymen during the dispute with Lord Penrhyn.
