A Vienna style pierced rim cabinet plate, late 19th Century, painted by Issanchou, signed, with a head and shoulder portrait of a young maiden wearing orchids in her hair, the heavily gilt pierced rim formed of rectangular panels alternately edged in matt gold and magenta and decorated with gold flowers, black painted title `Sélica` to reverse with pseudo blue painted Sèvres type mark, diameter approx 23.5cm.
