A rare Rock & Graner or Staudt painted tinplate transformational house 1870s, the pale pink painted facade with painted tromp l'oeil door to one side, an off centre window, railings and foliage, the red painted roof with pierced widow's walk, the roof lifts and the front drops down to reveal a fantastical mountain landscape with blue and green painted house at the summit, a path leads down to a plateau, a working watermill with water tank above, three moving hammers and surrounded by reservoir, the house sides fold out with rocky path and the reverse of the facade lays flat for display --12in. (30.5cm.) height and 14in. (35.5cm.) width open and --8¾in. (22.5cm.) height closed as a house (painted chipping, two scrapes along foreground where the summit house touches if not open and closed carefully, missing a fenced enclosure from foreground, some rusting around base)
A rare and large 19th Century Park Lane stucco dolls' town house, five storeys, the cream painted facade with ground floor arched front door to the left with two similar windows, four Ionic columns support a 1st floor balustrade balcony with three urns and a further three windows with pillar supported segmented window heads, the 2nd floor with three rectangular windows and the 3rd floor in mansard tilled roof with metal gallery, a dormer window, balustrade surround with turned finials, the sides with painted bricks and each with a central chimney with seven chimney pots, the rear with central pillared back door, an unusual 1st floor conservatory with stained glass detail, opening window to each side and curved glass roof, two rectangular windows above and a further dormer window in roof, front opening to reveal four rooms on four floors, hall and staircase from ground to 1st floor only, rear opening on ground floor to reveal a further two rooms, a kitchen partitioned off on 2nd floor, two opening panelled doors on ground floor, one a stable type door, original flooring in attic room; on large green painted wooden base opening at the front to reveal an undercroft with a three-stall stable and two night quarters to front side and storage in many body with separate arched doored coach house to right side, on castors --61½in. (165.5cm.) high 38in. (96.5cm.) deep x 27¾in. (70.5cm.) wide (later wired for electricity, two over paints, the original is underneath, alterations to placement of some internal walls, some rooms stripped, some clues of original, the odd bit missing) - this house was sold at Greenslades in 1985 for £3190 and was described as modelled on a residence in Park Lane, London, by J. Henson, 1878 and comes with a print of the catalogue page and a newspaper advert from Greenslades stating that this house sold for more than the vendor paid for his real house!
A rare Christian Hacker dolls' house No 493, painted cream with brown and black timber work, central front door, paper tiled porch roof extending to left side, 1st floor bay window, brick papers to side, three dormer windows and paper tiled roof, front opening to reveal four rooms with original papers and pencil marks to base 493 --24¾in. (63cm.) wide x 27 ½in (70cm.) high x 15¼in. (39cm.) deep (smaller roof tiles photocopies, some old worm, new chimneys and slight retouching); and a quantity of furniture including Schneegas extending table, an upright piano --4¼in. (11cm.) high, a small scale half-tester and washstand, a marble topped washstand; two tinplate fireplaces, three copper cooking pans and other items (some slight damage)

(48.5cm.) width of box (some slight damage and losses, missing some produce); contained in the same box is another small split-wood lidded box, a German (a different hand) carved wooden man in white suit with black shoulder bag --5¼in. (13.5cm.) high with house and dog from the same set; fourteen turned plain wood plates with turned painted fruit and vegetables --2¼in. (5.5cm.) diameter of plate; and three composition animals with wooden legs - this group was purchased from Christie's South Kensington in the 1980s

A rare Bucherer Saba Gymnastic Display Team, eight jointed metal figures with composition heads, hands and feet, assorted head types, original white cotton gymnastic kit, three original boxes --7¾in. (19.5cm.) high; two wooden ladders and platform to join them; a hand written label 'The Equestrian Valuters'; two large black and white photos of Tommy's gymnastic team; the 59th Federal Fete of the Gymnastics Lucerne, 1928 and seven Gymnast magazines from 1959-62, 1920s (slight moth holes to clothes) - these gymnasts were the property of W.G.T. Burne (Tommy) 1903-1989, early to mid 1920s he was a gymnastic medallist for the Metropolitan and Southern Counties Seniors YMCA on the parallel and high bars, rings and vaults. He then coached for the YMCA gymnastics teams and lead youth holiday camps in the summer.
