A Fine Wucai Bowl, six character seal mark of Qianlong in underglaze blue and of the period, finely decorated on the rounded exterior with three repeated contrasting archaistic foliate scroll motifs, in soft tones of underglaze blue, combined with red, yellow and green enamels and black outline, the interior with a central scrollwork medallion within a double blue line border. This almost abstract wucai pattern is more often found in the Imperial porcelain of the early 19th century than in the Qianlong period, where it is quite rare. It appears both on small bowls and on dishes.Christies New York sold a pair of Qianlong mark and period dishes of this pattern from the Frederick R. An Extremely Rare Ding Brown Glazed 'Black-Spots' Conical Bowl, Northern Song dynasty, finely potted, the widely flaring conical body supported on a short straight foot, covered overall with a rich translucent brown glaze thinning to white at the rim, black spots scattered around both side of the bowl, the unglazed foot rim revealing the fine white body., It is extremely rare to find brown-glazed Ding bowls and the present piece is especially attractive for its variegated glaze with black spots. Although brown-coloured bowls were made by many north-Chinese kilns, the striking near-white body exposed at the foot and equally visible through the glaze at the rim, are characteristic of the 'Ding' kilns which made the finest and rarest examples. A slightly smaller 'russet Ding' bowl of related?form in the Chang Foundation, Taipei, is illustrated in James Spencer, Selected Chinese Ceramics from Han to Qing Dynasties, Taipei, 1990, pl. 28; another in the Freer Gallery of Art, Washington D.C., is included in Oriental Ceramics. The World's Great Collections, vol. 9, Tokyo, 1981, no. 62; and a third from the Muwen Tang collection was sold in these room, 12th November 2003, lot 9. good condition W:16cm, H:4.1cm

James Bond Goldfinger (1964) Three UK lobby cards Condition Report: Note that this English lobby card, which is a "country of origin" lobby card for this English movie, and it is incredibly rare. In addition to the 8x10 English front of house lobby cards that were created for this movie, the producers also created a 4 card 11x14 color set, with no blank borders, and this is one of the cards from that 4 card set. They are genuine, because they are advertised in the first release English campaign book for this movie. The producers also made a similar set for Thunderball, but those had the title of the movie in a small box in a bottom corner, while these cards have no printing on them at all (other than the image).

Chaykin produced the artwork based on a handful of stills and paintings by concept artist Ralph McQuarrie, designer of the early Star Wars logo seen on the poster. The production of the poster was part of writer-director George Lucas's strategy to entice Universal Studios to back the film: Universal would pass up the opportunity.
