An incredible piece of Peter Wyngarde memorabilia - Wyngarde's original John Stephen Fashion Award ' Best Dressed Personality ' hallmarked silver trophy. The trophy in the form of a Beau Brummell, complete with monocle and top hat. Hallmarks for Carrington & Co, London, 1970. The plaque to the front (also hallmarked) reads ' John Stephen Fashion Award - Peter Wyngarde - Best Dressed Personality - 1970 '. The award was given to Wyngarde in the summer of 1970 by Miss Radio Luxembourg. The votes for Wyngarde, were cast by listeners of Radio Luxembourg and readers of 'FAB 208' (a magazine), were far in excess of his rivals Cliff Richard and footballing legend George Best. Photographs of Wyngarde with the award have featured in many publications. Generally excellent condition for age, but the cane is missing from the top. A rare and important piece of British fashion and television memorabilia. Measures approx; 39cm tall.

The sketch shows a stage set with a large room, various furniture, column supports and other features. An incredible set of believed unheard Robin Gibb song lyrics, presumed to have been written for actor Peter Wyngarde, possibly for his self-titled 1970 LP album. The song, titled ' I Will Surrender ' comes with the note ' Words and music by Robin Gibb, 1970 '. Folded. To the rear is written 'Robin Gibbs songs' in Wyngarde's hand. The typed lyrics contain some errors, and some corrections. To the verso are also some telephone numbers written, similarly in Wyngarde's hand. A rare item from the estate of Peter Wyngarde. Robin Gibb CBE (22 December 1949 – 20 May 2012) was a British singer, songwriter and record producer, who gained worldwide fame as a member of the pop group the Bee Gees with older brother Barry and fraternal twin brother Maurice.

The Lenny Henry Show (1994) - an original prop / costume necklace, belonging to Peter Wyngarde as worn in the sketch 'Nathan Gunn' in which Lenny Henry takes on a Jason King style character. Wyngarde stars in the sketch as the main villain, and this necklace can be seen around his neck in all scenes. Designed by Jacob Hull, the gold plated brutalist central medallion with inset green gemstones. Hanging on a gold plated chain, the clasp stamped 'J. Hull'. A rare item from Wyngarde's estate. Department S (1969) & Jason King (1971 British Television Series) - a pair of screen matched sunglasses, as worn by Peter Wyngarde as Jason King in both Department S and Jason King. The glasses being a pair of Oliver Goldsmith glasses, with lightly-tinted lenses and distinctive inlaid stars to each arm. These glasses were worn by Wyngarde in several episodes of the series, as well as his personal life. They are arguably the most iconic glasses he was known to wear, and featured in several publicity photographs for the series'. These glasses featured prominently in several episodes including A Deadly Line In Digits (as part of King's disguise), and are first seen in the Department S episode The Trojan Tanker. Rare.

As used in several episodes of the series, and first seen in the episode If It’s Got To Go, It’s Got To Go - as well as several publicity images. An iconic outfit from the series.

A Book of Ornamental Glazing Quarries, 112 hand-coloured plates, 1849 § Drake (Maurice) A History of English Glass-Painting, printed in blue and black, plates, original boards, uncut, 1912, the first two original cloth, rebacked, the first preserving original spine, all rubbed; and 4 others on glass-making and stained glass, v.s. (7)⁂ The first is rare. It is one of several trade catalogues of ecclesiastical and secular windows issued by Chance Bros. but this is the earliest one we can trace; all others recorded date from the 1850s and '60s.

Includes diamonds, opals, emeralds and pearls, as well as references to mining in Peru and trade from the West Indies and Americas.
