An incredibly rare original vintage 1960's Rock & Roll music concert poster from the Bristol Colston Hall. The show featuring The Rolling Stones (1st British tour), The Ronettes and Marty Wilde. Dated for Monday 27th January 1964 (the last date of their first ever UK Tour). The poster, being on yellow ground with printed black and red text features photographs of the three main acts. Poster complete, folded and some loss to the rear of the upper section - not affecting the front of the poster (very likely from where it was taken down from it's original poster board outside the Colston Hall). Printed by Willsons Ltd, Leicester. An incredibly rare, likely unique survivor from one of the first Rolling Stones concerts - performed just days after their appearance on the first ever Top Of The Pops and just months before they became the music icons that they are to this day. Measures 74cm x 100cm. Provenance: was found by the current owners in the loft of their old house in Knowle, Bristol when they moved in 1984. It has stayed with them ever since.

The cap comes with a letter of provenance from the original person who obtained the cap. Rare and unique.

Each signed in blue ballpoint. To the interior of the programme the original owner has listed the songs they heard The Stones play that night (see photos). A rare and interesting early Rolling Stones set of autographs. With certificate from Tracks Ltd.

Isambard Kingdom Brunel ( 1806-1859 ) - English Mechanical and Civil Engineer - rare autographed cheque. The cheque dated 7th April 1848 for the sum of £1119.14.0 . Signed to the lower right in black ink. A rare local Bristol interest item. Brunel designed and engineered many famous landmarks in Bristol, namely the Clifton Suspension Bridge, Box Tunnel and the SS Great Britain.

Being professionally mounted alongside an image of the pair and a reproduction newspaper cover. Framed and glazed to a total size of approx; 51cm x 61cm. Rare. Provenance; originally obtained in 1990 by the Frayne Brothers, both Ron & Reg were asked to autograph a series of stickers used to promote signed copies of their book. With certificate.

George Harrison (1943-2001) - English musician, songwriter and producer. Member of ' The Beatles '. A rare upper-fragment of an original black and white Beatles postcard. Signed in black ink, undedicated. Measures approx 9x6cm. Provenance: after obtaining this signed postcard back in the 1960's a family argument started and the card got ripped into several pieces, the only surviving signature being that of Harrison.
