Sierra Leone1886 (5 July) envelope (opened-out) from Manoh Salijah to France, bearing 1884-91 4d. brown (defective at upper left) cancelled with a legible strike of the "post office/manoh salijah/post office" oval-framed handstamp in red and with Calais-Paris T.P.O. c.d.s. (4.8) at left, the reverse with a superb strike of the oval handstamp, "manoh salijah/sierra leone" c.d.s. in red, Sierra Leone (12.7), London (4.8) and Auxerre (5.8) c.d.s.; minor perimeter faults with small tear affecting the oval handstamp on reverse, nevertheless a very rare cover.
