1930 Swift Ten Nomad Saloon. Registration no. FG 5986. 1063cc side valve four cylinder engine. This charming vintage Swift is in excellent, very original condition with blue fabric 'Weyman' type four door body and original blue leather upholstery. It was used by its first owner, a Mr William Couston of Fife, Scotland, until 1952 and then stored by him until 1969. The second owner recommissioned it and used it until 1991, when it was stored again. The current owner bought it in 2008. It has a wonderful history file with photographs and newspaper article of it when sold by the original owner in 1969, maintenance information, etc. A rare example and one of the last made

Rare George II provincial silver coffee pot of tapering cylindrical form, with dot-punched borders, engraved crest, serpent-style spout and hinged domed cover, replacement silver scroll handle with ivory insulators (body Exeter 1732), possibly by Sampson Bennett of Falmouth (handle with Victorian marks). All at approximately 28ozs, 23.5cm overall height CONDITION REPORT General overall condition good. Surface wear, scratching and minor dents, some pitting. Handle is a Victorian replacement and mounts where they join body may have been repaired. Punched decoration, possibly later. Rare 1923 GWK H Type open tourer with variable friction drive. Registration no. DS 6594. Chassis 1077. GWK was a British car made in Maidenhead, Berkshire, between 1911 and 1931. Powered by 1368cc four cylinder Coventry-Simplex engine with shaft drive to friction disc at the rear. This rare open tourer has green coachwork with grey upholstery and orange painted wheels. Previously displayed in a Dutch Museum, it has since been recommissioned for the road and is complete with technical and maintenance information. Of the thirteen hundred GWK cars originally made, only eleven are thought to have survived

Pair rare 18th century Derby plates from the Haford Service, circa 1787, probably painted by Zachariah Boreman, the centres finely painted with river landscapes within formal blue and gilt borders - marked in blue with crowned crossed batons, Haford 'floating' pattern no. 67, gilder's mark and '5' inside the foot rim, 22.5cm. The Haford Service was commissioned by Thomas Johnes in the summer of 1787, to be decorated with scenes from his estate at Haford, fifteen miles from Aberystwyth and was completed in December 1787, being delivered in March 1788.
