An incredibly rare believed original WWII Second World War RAF Royal Air Force issued Type D Flying Helmet Oxygen face mask. The oxygen mask stamped with Air Ministry markings and dated 1938. Various official stampings present to the front, including the stores reference codes and part numbers. Retains a portion of the original plug-in cord. A rare piece of WWII fighter pilot equipment.
A rare original Houghtons Ltd of London made ' Ticka Watch Camera ' spy camera - as used during both the First World War and Second World War. The camera in the form of a pocket watch. Designed to be small, easily carried and mistaken as a timepiece, the camera was popular with military officers and those working undercover or in secret. They were introduced in around 1905 and production continued up until 1939. A rare camera.

Service used, the switch panel features various official Air Ministry markings, and would've been used in a standard bomb aimer panel in an Avro Lancaster . The unit, whilst showing signs of wear and use, appears to be in working order with all switches still locking, and the 'mode selector' still turning. Rare piece of kit.

The silver plated pocket watch with enamel dial with Roman Numerals and alphabet letters A to M. Makers marks to dial and movement (TR Russell, 18 Church Street, Liverpool). The movement likely an imported Longines movement, engraved with serial number 364126. Very likely military used. The dial with a small hairline crack to the centre, the movement not currently working. A rare and interesting timepiece.

The goggles presented within their original box, with ' Dimming Cloth ' and tin still present. Named ' Patmore ' to the strap. Purchased from the family of Patmore after the war by the vendor's grandfather. A unique piece of WWII Aviation history.

Featuring an ebonsided ribbed handle and a double edged steel blade etched with ' Operation Desert Storm 17th January 1991 ' to one side and ' Her Majesty's Armed Forces Defending World Freedom ' to the reverse. Stamped with the Royal Warrant, Wilkinson Sword makers mark and engraved with 085 to the base. Displayed within the original green presentation box. Rare.

The hilt of usual form, with pointed knuckle holes for finger positioning. Appears to have been fashioned together (or possibly repaired) at some point - the knife held to the knuckle duster by strong brass rivets. Unusual piece of weaponry. Measures approx; 23cm long.

Dated 1939 and marked for being made in Bavaria. The tops decorated with gilt banding and a central ' D ' monogram. Generally good used condition, one or two have chips to the rim but no major damage. Each approx; 20cm diameter.
A 19th Century Victorian English antique cast iron doorstop / fireside flatback in the form of Arthur Wellesley, 1st Duke of Wellington Former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. Famous for ending the Napoleonic Wars when he defeated Napoleon at the Battle of Waterloo in 1815. The bust being a portrait facing right raised on stepped pedestal base simply engraved Wellington. Makers seal to reverse but illegible. Rare original piece, Measures: 24cm.

The flag of usual form, with wind damage to one end and various holes from use. The seam retaining the original brass hoops. Rare piece of history. Measures approx; 90x135cm Provenance (told by vendor): I was always told the flag was flown at the navy base in Hong Kong HMS Tamar where the royal engineers were stationed, with around 50 royal marines. The flag was actually taken down by the royal engineers and was purchased a very long time ago by my great uncle Lesie in the 1970s when we was working in Dorset, of all places. He was a watchmaker and he took the flag in as part of payment for some watch work he did.
