A rare vintage 1970's Palitoy made ' Batman Die Cast Metal & Plastic Figure ,' action figure.Limited edition. Figure appears mint and unused (degraded elastic bands still retained around Batman's torso), within the original box. The box remaining unpunched and largely unfolded (slight veining to the upper portion). Scarce in this form.

A beautiful and rare ' Night Vigil Over Gotham ' black and white pencil print of Batman. The print by DC Comics, 1991. Featuring Batman looming over Gotham, with his cape around the city. Has been remarqued (added to) by Batman co-creator Bob Kane in pencil, who has added ' Bats Wishes ' above his printed signature, and then a sketch of Batman beneath. Rare in this form. Professionally framed and glazed to a total size of; 80cm x 65cm.

Signed to the front and inside page by a large number of cast / crew associated with the original 1960's Thunderbirds series (and some other Gerry Anderson related series). Autographs include; Gerry Anderson, Sylvia Anderson, Matt Zimmerman, Ray Barrett, David Graham, Wanda Ventham, David Holliday (signed twice), Jeremy Wilkin, Michael Billington, Brian Johnson (SFX), Bob Bell, Joy Cuff, etc. All were obtained in person by the vendor. All hand signed, in various pens and all are undedicated. Rare to have all these signatures on one single item.

An incredible and unique solid silver Corgi BL Mini 1000. Based on the 200 BL Mini diecast model casting, with opening doors, interior detail and solid silver ' Whizzwheels. ' Produced as part of an unsuccessful proposal by a Birmingham jewellers in the 1980's to produce a range of solid silver models based on Corgi Toys castings. This is the only model known to have been made, which was presented to Corgi for appraisal. This unique item was unsuccessful, and the Corgi name was removed from the underside. Incredibly detailed model, and a rare opportunity to own a prototype Corgi item. (note - the item is not hallmarked). Ex Marcel Van Cleemput collection. Weight; 193.3g . Accompanied by the original Sotheby's catalogue. Rare.
An incredibly rare vintage 1980's Corgi made ' New Corgi Company - South Wales ' employee exclusive diecast model 469 red routemaster bus (public released ones came in Green) These were produced in extremely limited numbers and issued to employees only when Corgi opened its new premises in South Wales. Comes with exclusive decals - the destination board reading '29 March 1984 .' Comes mint+ and unused, within the original box and complete with its compliment slip. Very rare.

The line of characters were based on personality disorders. Barry Bi-Polar includes working lights. The character, based on a light bulb, comes with plush body and vinyl head. The makers tag reads ' SAMPLE - Not For Sale '. Measures approx; 30cm tall.

A rare and original vintage 1970's Newsagents advertising tin / metal sign for ' Batman ' (likely advertising the DC Comics that were sold within). Featuring a classic image of Batman, the sign shows signs of use and wear. Four holes to the corner where it was affixed to the wall. Removed from a newsagents several years ago, in Bath. Rare. Measures approx; 30cm x 20cm. Note; many reproductions of this sign can be found, but this is an original. Condition; minor rusting to the edges, some rust holes to the centre. Please view images.

A rare antique George I Provincial West Country Sterling Silver coffee pot by John Murch I of Plymouth & Tiverton, hallmarked for Exeter 1725. The tapering, cylindrical body on a flat base with stepped border, with a faceted spout and scrolling wooden handle fitted to the side. The piece has a domed hinged lid and features an engraved baroque armorial to the body. Height 24.5cm / 9.75". Gross weight 660g / 21.25 troy oz.
A rare Elizabethan / Elizabeth I Great Seal of the Realm in wax relief, appended by silk tags, with good clear depictions of the Queen Elizabeth I to both sides. This great seal was used by Elizabeth I between 1586 and 1603 and was made from a matrix engraved by the famous miniaturist Nicholas Hilliard. On one side the Queen is shown holding the sceptre and orb, and on the other is depicted on horseback riding across a field. Diameter 15cm.
ELGIN - A rare antique George III Scottish Provincial Sterling Silver wine funnel by Charles Fowler of Elgin, circa 1815. Marked 'CF', 'ELN' and 'D'. Of typical form, with reeded borders and removable rim for holding muslin / straining paper. Height 12.5cm / 5". Silver weight 79g / 2.55 troy oz. Note: Items of Elgin holloware are extremely scarce and pieces by Charles Fowler remain among the most sought after. We have been unable to find another recorded example of a wine funnel by Charles Fowler or any other Elgin silversmith.
