Robert Duran - Panamanian former professional boxer - rare and unique autographed Bristol Blue Glass style boxing glove. The glove neatly signed to front in silver ink. An impressive display piece. Autograph obtained in person by the vendor. Rare. Roberto Durán Samaniego (born June 16, 1951) is a Panamanian former professional boxer who competed from 1968 to 2001. He held world championships in four weight classes: lightweight, welterweight, light middleweight and middleweight, as well as reigns as the undisputed and lineal lightweight champion, and the lineal welterweight champion. He is also the second boxer to have competed over a span of five decades, the first being Jack Johnson. Durán was known as a versatile, technical brawler and pressure fighter, which earned him the nickname of "Manos de Piedra" ("Hands of Stone") for his formidable punching power and excellent defense.

The Applejacks were an English beat group of the 1960s. They were the first "Brumbeat" group (that is, from the West Midlands conurbation-Birmingham area) to reach the Top 10 of the UK Singles Chart, and were unusual for having a female bass guitarist, Megan Davies.

Rik Mayall (1958-2014) - a rare and original personally owned BPI presentation gold disc record ' Presented to Rik Mayall to recognise sales in the United Kingdom of more than 500,000 copies of WEA Records Single ' Living Doll ' 1986 '. The gold coloured 45rpm single featuring a picture of Rik and his fellow cast members from ' The Young Ones ' alongside the songs' original singer Cliff Richard. Set within its original frame. A total size of; 36x26cm. Rare and unique piece of television / music memorabilia. In 1986, 27 years after the first release of the song, alternative comedy group The Young Ones approached Cliff Richard to record a comic version of "Living Doll" for the Comic Relief charity. Despite the apparent contrast between the anarchic comedians and the clean cut Richard, he agreed and their version again topped the UK Singles Chart, for three weeks from March 1986. The single was certified gold in the UK by the BPI in April 1986. Shadows guitarist Hank Marvin was reunited with Richard on this recording for the first time since 1975. When the song was performed in the 1986 TV broadcast for Comic Relief, The Young Ones announced to the audience that Richard could not make the show and that well-known BBC presenter John Craven would be taking his place. They then introduced Craven, but it was Richard who appeared.

Signed by actor Kenny Baker (1934-2016) to the front - adding ' R2-D2 ' to his autograph. c1996. Castors to base for ease of transport. An impressive piece of Star Wars memorabilia. An incredibly rare and unique piece of cinema history - Patrick Swayze's personal reading script for the 1990 film ' Ghost '. The script runs to 129 printed pages, and identified as ' Revised First Draft ' with the date being 23rd June 1989 on the first page. Blue, pink and white pages represent revisions made on 13th and 21st July 1989 shortly before shooting began. The blue cover has the Paramount logo present and to the spine is written ' Ghost ' in marker pen. Obtained from Swayze's estate, the script comes with a certificate from Nate D. Sanders Auctions and a signed typed note from Lisa Niemi Swayze (Swayze's widow). Ghost was the highest grossing film of 1990 and cemented Swayze's career as a movie star after Dirty Dancing, and according to Niemi Swayze, Patrick put off reading the script for several months but was passionate about the project after finally reading it. A rare and important piece of cinema history.

A rare original vintage (believed 1970's / 1980's) unheard Rolling Stones studio tape. The 7 1/2 RTR Stereo tape comes within it's original box, which is labelled ' Stones - 5 Edited Album Intros '. The tape features a selection of edited album intros of ' Honky Tonk Women ', all clearly from different concerts, likely from the same tour. The front of the box is annotated ' Keith thinks last 2 tracks are best, I'll ring you later ' - believed to be in the hand of Ronnie Wood. ' Keith ' refers to guitarist Keith Richards. The tape comes with a CD copy of the contents and a the files stored on a USB memory stick.Provenance: the vendor's brother was good friends with Ronnie Wood and his Brother, Art, when he lived in Teddington. This tape was gifted from Ronnie during this time.

The concert took place at the Tower Ballroom, New Brighton on 12th October 1962. The event was organized by Brian Epstein’s company NEMS, and the concert was one of The Beatles' most important engagements to date - performing second on the bill to Little Richard. The programme features an orange and white cover, with a black and white photograph of Little Richard to the front. A large biography of Richard and accompanying photograph feature to the first page, and The Beatles to the next. Supplied with two rare original 8.5"x6.5" black and white press photographs of Little Richard from the concert, with photographers' details to the reverse. A rare collection, and important piece of Beatles memorabilia.

A rare piece of memorabilia from this renowned stage actress, who developed a friendship with Du Maurier during this play.
