The third item concerned a collision between a small brig of 70 tons, called the Norfolk, and a sloop of about the same tonnage, called the August, in Yarmouth Roads off the Norfolk coast. The court found for the defendants. In the fourth the defendant was charged with murdering his sixty-year old widowed mother-in-law by giving her arsenic mixed in some cocoa, as a result of which she died a day or so later. The trial relied on not only the evidence of a post-mortem autopsy but also much on the circumstantial evidence of the tea-room itself and the other family members then present. The plate is a diagrammatic representation of the tea-room showing the seating location of each participant and the "circuitous route with the bread and butter". Robert Donnall was eventually acquitted.

Ballooning.- Stark (William) A Letter to John Harvey, Esq. containing an Examination of a Pamphlet, entitled "Mrs.Graham's Statement of Facts" relative to the Balloon, only edition, with final blank, stitched as issued, uncut, title lightly soiled, one or two spots, preserved in modern cloth folder, book-label of R.C.Fiske, North Walsham, [Not in Hodgson's 'History of Aeronautics in Great Britain'], 8vo, Norwich, Burks and Kinnebrook, [1825].⁂ A long letter of complaint about the unsatisfactory preparation and launch of a manned balloon which Stark had been asked to fill with gas prior to launch. The flight had been organised by the enthusiastic "patron of aerostation", the Norwich alderman, Colonel John Harvey. The balloon belonged to the celebrated Margaret Graham ("Mrs. Graham the only English Female Aeronaut") and her husband. In the event, on this occasion the balloon ascended with Colonel John Harvey and Mrs Graham as passengers, Mrs Graham having taken the place of her husband in order to reduce the weight. Ascending from Richmond Hill, Norwich, the balloon travelled only 6½ miles in a 19-minute flight.Very rare, not in British Library. Library Hub records only one copy (National Aerospace Library); WorldCat adds a copy at the University of Minnesota.

The second item is rare; ESTC and Library Hub list a handful of copies of the second edition of the same year but none of this fourth edition. It appears to be a reprint of the second edition with a cancel title. The book was reprinted in Boston, New England in 1733. The third was first published in 1795 and this is one of several printings but this edition is not listed by ESTC, it is seemingly a reprint of the third edition with a cancel title.

Both are rare with Library Hub listing only 3 printed copies of the first (LSE, Newcastle University and Goldsmith's/Senate House libraries) and only the Goldsmith's/Senate House copy of the second.The third is a useful portrait of London coal merchants in the mid 18th century, first published in 1743-44 with a second edition in 1745; all editions are scarce.

Glisson also identified infantile scurvy as being a separate condition. Rare in commerce.

A rare 1930/40s metal model of an Argentinian Ae.M.E.-1/2, finished with light blue and white roundels and rudder, gun turret and articulated three-blade propeller, 32.5 cm wingspan, mounted on a cut section of a wooden aircraft propeller QTY: (1)NOTE:The FMA AeMB.2 Bombi was a bomber aircraft developed in Argentina in the mid 1930s. It was a low-wing cantilever monoplane of conventional configuration. It was fitted with fixed tailwheel undercarriage, the main units of which were covered by long, "trouser"-style fairings. The initial AeMB.1 configuration was fitted with a dorsal machine gun turret, later removed from the AeMB.2 to improve stability. Fifteen production examples saw service with the Argentine Air Force between 1936 and 1945. Only two were lost to air accidents.
