A Rare American commemorative dollar coin. The Battle of Gettysburg. Designed by Frank Vittor. Note. Two United States Civil War veterans, one from the Union camp and one from the Confederate camp, are featured on the obverse of the coin. E pluribus unum ("Out of Many, One"), the defacto United States national motto until 1956, is displayed prominently above the two war veterans, with the "E" serving as both the first letter of the motto and the middle letter of Liberty. Mintage 26928.

A Rare American commemorative half dollar coin. The 1935 Hudson Sesquicentennial half dollar.Note. The Hudson, New York, Sesquicentennial half dollar, sometimes called the Hudson Sesquicentennial half dollar, is a commemorative fifty-cent piece struck by the United States Bureau of the Mint in 1935. The coin was designed by Chester Beach. Its obverse depicts the Half Moon, flagship of Henry Hudson, after whom the city of Hudson is named. In addition to showing the ship, the coin displays a version of the Hudson city seal, with Neptune riding a whale, a design that has drawn commentary over the years. The coin has always since production been a much sort-after coin and continues to rise in value. Only 10,000 minted.
A rare American 1921 half dollar commemorative coin Alabama Centennial 2x2. designed by Laura G Fraser. and 1921 Alabama half dollar. (2)Note. This coin was first began minted on October 21st, 1921, and included a special notation, 2X2, in the right obverse field. This notation had dual meanings. Alabama was the 22nd state admitted to the union, and the X was to represent St. Andrew’s cross from the state flag (as well as that of the Confederacy.) However, this design element was removed from the master dies after the first run of 6,006 pieces, Coins without 2x2 where approximately minted at 50,000.
An Extremely rare 1928 Hawaiian Sesquicentennial American commemorative half dollar designed by Juliette May Fraser and Chester Beach. Note..The Hawaii Sesquicentennial half dollar was struck in 1928 by the United States Bureau of the Mint in honour of the 150th anniversary of Captain James Cook's landing in Hawaii, the first European to reach there. The coin depicts Captain Cook on the obverse and a Hawaiian chieftain on the reverse. Only 10,000 were struck for the public.
A rare American Lafayette Dollar 1900 possibly MS60 grade or above.Note. The Lafayette dollar was a silver coin issued as part of the United States' participation in the Paris World's Fair of 1900. Depicting Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de Lafayette with George Washington, and designed by Chief Engraver Charles E. Barber, it was the only U.S. silver dollar commemorative prior to 1983, and the first U.S. coin to depict American citizens.
A rare American Isabella Quarter Dollar coin. Possibly MS60 grade or above. Note. The Isabella quarter or Columbian Exposition quarter was a United States commemorative coin struck in 1893. Congress authorized the piece at the request of the Board of Lady Managers of the World's Columbian Exposition. The quarter depicts the Spanish queen Isabella I of Castile, who sponsored Columbus's voyages to the New World. It was designed by Bureau of the Mint Chief Engraver Charles E. Barber, and is the only U.S. commemorative of that denomination that was not intended for circulation.

Set remains in excellent condition overall with just very light wear.
Rare Third Reich Allgemeine-SS Officers Peaked Cap, superb example of a officers peaked cap in fine black cloth with white piping to the crown and bordering the central black velvet band. Cap is complete with its original early pattern nickel silver eagle and skull insignia which have a nice dark patina. Original officers chin cords and pebbled side buttons. Interior of the cap retains the original leather sweatband and officers style cloth lining with celluloid diamond. Underside of the peak has ink RZM and SS runes stamp. Overall a superb example which shows just very light service wear.
Rare Personalised Transitional SS Enlisted Mans Dress Dagger by Carl Eickhorn, superb quality example of a transitional pattern SS enlisted mans dress dagger with the lower guard having chiselled relief in the form of oakleaves and named “SS-Oscharf Rzepa” in German gothic script. The top grip mount is also chiselled with relief of oakleaves and the top securing nut in SS runes. Typical RZM pattern scabbard with black painted finish and nickel silver mounts. The blade remains in near mint condition with much of the original finish to the motto “Meine Ehre heist Treue”. Reverse of the blade has transitional RZM logo and Carl Eickhorn makers trade mark. The blade 22cms, overall 37cms.
Rare Iron Cross 2nd Class in Knights Cross Style Presentation Case of Issue, superb example of a Iron Cross 2nd class which retains nearly all of its original silver wash finish to the frame and all of the blackened finish to the iron centre. The award is un-maker marked but probably manufactured by one of the top makers. The award is housed in the original Knights Cross style fitted black leatherette case with black felt lining and white satin cloth to the interior lid. Award case has space for the ribbon and a tab across the lid for additional ribbon. Very good example of a rare variation of Iron Cross.

Rare 1911 Map and Mentioned in Dispatches Certificate from George Roy Hutton 1914 - 1919, Gallipoli Palestine and Mesopotamia. British War Office Lithographed Map printed in 1907 , and redone in 1911 of Mesopotamia and the Persian Gulf. Measures 29 x26 inches, 75 x 67cm. The map was the property of a Surveyor Soldier from the British Expeditionary Forces , who fought in several campaigns in that area of Arabia during WW1 often using that particular map as a reference point . George Hutton , the Surveyor , was mentioned in Dispatches certificate included with the Map for his rescue of a number of soldiers lost in the desert on one of their skirmishes against the Ottoman army there . He later went on after surviving the war, to become the Surveyor General of the County Of Oxfordshire until his retirement, also comes with his Surveyors Certificate . The Map in question, was carried throughout the region during all of the battles he fought during the Great War. On a scale of 1:1,0000, is in very good condition considering it's vintage and all that it went through during the war years . It has excellent detail of the area involved at the time , including the different Arab tribes and Railroad and road links present then plus details of the Anglo-Arabian Oil pipeline and telecommunication lines that was the reason for it all in WW1. Shows physical features, Turco-Persian frontier, ethnic and tribal affiliation, populated places, cultivated land, major ancient and modern roads, railways, waterways, and communication lines telephone runs along the Anglo-Persian Oil Company's pipe line. Covers south eastern Iraq, south western Iran, Kuwait, and upper Persian Gulf. Relief shown by hachures and spot heights. Lithographed at War Office, Nov. 1907.and seems to be a very accurate depiction of the state of things at the time in that part of the world. George Hutton RE served in the Royal Engineers from age 19 in Mesopotamia throughout the War years and fought at Gallipoli, in Palestine under the command of General Allenby fighting the Turks in the British Expeditionary Forces advance up the Euphrates River Valley. In 1920 graduated as a Surveyor and in 1924 qualified as an Architect. He later was appointed County Architect in 1937 of Oxfordshire, he died in 1975. Good Condition. Rare Long Model Imperial German Naval Officers Dress Dagger by WKC, fine pre-WW1 period Imperial German naval officers dress dagger with white celluloid grip, Imperial crown top pommel, cross guard with fouled anchor to the centre of each side. Housed in its original gilt brass scabbard with roped dagger hanging straps mounts. Double edged blade with medial ridge having fine etched decoration of sailing ship, crowned anchor, foliage and naval trophy of arms. Base of the blade etched “Beiner”. Blade retains much of the original finish. Blade measures 33 ½ cms, overall 48 ½ cms. Release catch a little loose but otherwise a very good example of an Imperial navy officers dress dagger.
Very Rare 2nd Battalion North Down Ulster Volunteer Force (U.V.F) Peaked Cap, fine example of the light khaki cloth short pattern peaked cap with its original brass oval cap badge, having “U.V.F NORTH DOWN” to the edge and centre with hand of Ulster and “2ND BTN”. Original thin leather chinstrap supported by plain buttons. Oilskin sweatband and cloth lining to the interior. The lining has shredded in places and a protective cover has been placed inside to stop any more damage. A very scarce item of headdress and Irish History. In 1913 the Ulster Volunteer Force was formed to resist any attempt by the British Government to impose home rule in Ulster. When the Great War started in 1914, many men serving with the UVF joined the British Army, serving with the 36th Ulster Division on the Western Front.
Scarce Early Victorian West Essex Yeomanry Officers Full Dress Sabretache, being a larger type example with red scarlet cloth backing and heavy bullion embroidered Victorian crown above blue velvet strap having bullion embroidered regimental details, to centre is bullion embroidered garter star, lower scroll with bullion embroidered motto. Thick silver braid edging to the front. Red morocco leather backing with the original pouch. Metal “D” ring fittings and lather attachment straps to the top. Some scattered moth damage to the front but still a good example of a rare sabretache.
British Officers 6th Dragoon Guards or Carabineers 1834-43 Pattern Helmet, impressive example of the early cavalry helmet, having early pattern rayed helmet plate with Royal Arms to the centre. Lower section of the helmet with band having regimental title. Ornate rose side bosses having linked chinstrap with the remains of the leather backing. Finely detailed decoration to the shell with the large comb having oakleaves relief and large lion head. Interior of the helmet retains the original leather liner however this has been worn and is loose. The helmet has been re-gilded at some point. Rare Imperial German Garde Regiment zu Fus Battalion Nr 3 Mitre Cap, fine example of an other ranks pattern grenadiers mitre cap with white metal large central plate with crown, eagle, trophy of arms etc to the centre. Scaled white metal leather backed chinstraps. Yellow cloth bag with cloth braid strips. Other ranks pom-pom with large metal fixing. Complete with the remains of the original leather sweatband to the interior. Headdress is complete with oilskin cover. Overall a good example of a scarce item of Imperial German headdress.
Rare WW2 “SOE” Hand Generator Battery Charger No2, for use with the B2 suitcase radio. Complete with its handle and housed in the original storage tin. Plaque to the side of the charger with “BATTERY CHARGER No2 OUTPUT 7V 3A AT 100 RPM ON DRIVING HANDLE SERIAL No LH3892”. Accompanied by various other screws, brushes, etc. Appears to be in good condition.
WW1 1916 Dated German Uhlan / Cavalry Lance with Pennant, an interesting post 1893 pattern of the Imperial German cavalry lance as issued to various Prussian Uhlan and other Cavalry units. Tubular steel lance with pointed end with central grip covering. Stamped to the tip with Imperial acceptance stamps and 1916 date. Also stamped “6./R.R.4” to other side. Attached to the lance through the side mounts is original black and white divided cloth pennant which is nicely stamped with makers stamp and “U.R.11 1916”. Some staining and light damage to the pennant but otherwise a good example of a rare item of Imperial German equipment. 320 ½ cms in length. Rare Lincolnshire Imperial Yeomanry Officers Lance Cap, fine and rare example of the leather bodied officers lance cap with silver wire braid to the peak and bordering the shell. Officers multipiece helmet plate to the centre, having arms of Lincoln within crowned laurel wreath and three part scroll below having regimental details. Linked velvet backed officers chinstrap. Braid to the lower section of the mortar board having central green strip, ribbed white cloth sides and white cloth top with bullion cord going diagonally across. Fully embroidered officers cord boss with George V cipher on green felt backing. Officers green feather plume with silver plume socket. Interior of the helmet retains the original leather sweatband, although this is loose and in need of light restoration. Interior lining is also loose and would require gentle restoration. Still a very good example of a very scarce officers helmet.
Rare WW2 British Airborne Forces Medics Pack, scarce example of the canvas and webbing medical pack produced for issue to the British Airborne forces. Remains of the stencilled Red Cross emblem to the front of the pack. Stamped to the underside of the flap “BHG Ltd 1944” and broad arrow stamp. Complete with the shoulder straps and some of the original contents. Good used example.

Rare Third Reich Metz 1944 Campaign Cuff Title, black felt cloth example with heavy bullion wire embroidered “Metz 1944” to the centre and bullion wire border. Example is full length. Possibly produced for an officer. The Metz 1944 cuff title was produced at the very end of the war and early post-war period. Issued to members of the German Wehrmacht who were involved in the fighting around the city of Metz in 1944.
Scarce Third Reich Kriegsmarine Officers Fore and Aft Dress Cap in Original Storage Box, fine example of the beaver skin covered officers dress pattern Fore and Aft cap with rosette in the German national colours, bullion wire decoration and large gilt metal button with Kriegsmarine pattern eagle to the centre. Interior of the cap is the original grey leather sweatband and officers artificial silk lining. The cap is housed in its original card storage case. These caps were used by officers of the German navy (Kriegsmarine) in the pre-war years for ceremonial purposes, they were rarely used during the wartime period and as such are rare to find.
Rare Third Reich Police (Schutzpolizei) Officers Summer Issue Peaked Cap, very good example of the summer issue peaked cap as worn by officers of the Schutzpolizei in Germany at the time of the Third Reich. The cap has standard brown felt central band bordered in green piping and Police green / grey underlay, but the top is a removable white cover with a tick white piping around the crown. Metal cap cockade is fitted and officers pronounced cap eagle badge to the centre of the band. Officers chin cords supported by single side buttons. Interior of the cap retains the original leather sweatband with perforated forehead section and silver leaf tailors details for Erel. The interior of the cap shows little service wear but otherwise is very good condition. Overall this is a stunning example of a extremely rare variation of Third Reich police officers cap.
Rare Third Reich NSDAP Reichsleitung Political Leaders Peaked Cap, fine quality example of the NSDAP pattern light brown cloth cap with brown velvet central band. Cap has golden yellow piping to the crown and bordering the central band. Complete with its original gilt eagle and wreath with enamel swastika centre. Cap has early pattern chin cords. Interior of the cap retains the original sweatband and cloth lining. Tailors details are feint to the interior of the cap, celluloid diamond is missing. Some tears to the sweatband but generally a good untouched example.
