A platinum mounted ladies dress ring with central oval cut pale blue sapphire, approx 1 carat, flanked by two brilliant cut diamonds, approx 0.5 carat each, 5.5 g overall, size Q CONDITION REPORTS Diamonds .6 cm diameter, sapphire .7 cm diameter. Both diamonds have inclusions though appear to be clear looking fracture marks rather than dark, one with three clear inclusions, the other with two visible. Sapphire has several chips to the outer edge. Stone appears to be slightly milky though this may be dirty. Unknown if any zoning or windows. In our opinion, the diamonds do not appear to have hints of yellow but appear rather clear.
A Victorian gold mounted diamond pendant brooch with lozenge-shaped clasp and safety chain, the main pendant set with central stone, approx 0.6 carat, within six smaller stones, each approx 0.15 carat (29 stones total), 5 cm x 2.8 cm, 7.3 g overall, housed in a bespoke case bearing retailer's mark "Page, Keen & Page Ltd Plymouth" CONDITION REPORTS Cannot see any inclusions to the diamonds but this is in no way a guarantee. There does not appear to be a hint of yellow in the diamonds though there is a slight reflection from the yellow of the gold background which may give that impression, though, in our opinion, the diamonds appear clear. Looking at the brooch from the bottom end from the front, it appears that the furthest left branch of the brooch may have been slightly bent though not broken - see images for further detail
