Ring with residue, would benefit from a clean. Inclusions seen throughout diamonds with x10 loupe. Appear bright and lively with naked eye.Shank with signs of resizing.

A carved stone Madonna and child fragment, possibly alabaster, modelled in the 15th century Nottingham manner with relief carved figures above a woven basket and two donkeys, set in a framed ebonised mount, 18.5cm x 10.5cm overall CONDITION REPORT:The fragment is firmly attached to the wooden base, however it is not clear how this has been achieved.

Appear eye clean. No major signs of splits or thinning to under bezel. Shank in good condition with no major signs of thinning, re-sizing or repair. Hallmarks clear.
