Ca. 1320 -1200 BC. Ancient Egypt, New Kingdom period, 19th Dynasty, A nice Egyptian figure, tall, and hand-carved wooden USHABTI with a wonderful form displaying a myriad of fine details. The figure stands in mummiform with slender legs, with elbows projecting from its sides. The stylized head dons a tripartite wig that frames a minimalist visage comprised of almond eyes, thin lips, and a broad nose.
