Peter Nicholas Statue and stand Peter William Nicholas R.B.S. (1934 - ) Abstract nude study signed and dated '90 portland stone height 89cm.; 35 in. * Studied at Cardiff College of Art then at the Royal College of Art 1958-61. Nicholas was a founder-member of the Welsh Sculpture Trust was elected a fellow of RBS in 1993 and was sculptor-director of Sculpture at Margam. Group shows include 56 Group Royal National Eisteddfod and Welsh Arts Council Sculptors' Drawings at Sladmore and Pangolin Galleries both 1994 and Wales Art Fair Cardiff 1994 and 1995. He was represented by Compton Cassey Galleries Withington and internationally by Poole Fine Art.
