A fine very high purity gold pendant, a central oval, on one side green enamelled about a heart shaped panel with a hair arrangement beneath faceted stone, the border green enamelled scrolling foliage set with diamonds, the back set a portrait miniature of a young lady. It hangs from a pearl and diamond set loop and at the bottom a pendant drop set a pearl and single diamond within green enamel. Full height 59mm. (See illustration) Condition report: Maximum 3.3 cm wide, max 6 cm including clasp and pendant some of the green enamel foliage damaged green enamel centre in good condition. Heart shaped faceted stone is a little loose and has some minor chips. Pearls are in good condition. No missing diamonds. Enamel worn in places; slight scratch on glass reverse.
