MEDIEVAL BRONZE CASTERS MOULD IN STONE. A scarce metal workers stone mould used for casting, the impression seems to be some form of heraldic crest or heraldic pendant. The mould measures 2 ¼ x ¾ inches and the crest which would be made using it measures 1 3/8 inches across the widest point. These sorts of moulds were used for many centuries in the casting process, this example was found in London and is likely to date C13-15th. 40-60

ROMAN INTAGLIO STONE. An oval intaglio stone bearing a likeness of a standing female figure presumably from a ring or pendant. It appears to be Roman in origin and measures 5/8 inch in length, no chips or damage is visible.
