Faced with Portland stone, the cruciform building is a great example of late 1920s Art Deco architecture, and has carvings by Jacob Epstein, Henry Moore and Eric Gill. The site is now waiting to be redeveloped into flats.Condition report: Rusting and spotting to edges, two man lift for each plinth - no idea what holes are for - possibly covered, thin tops are loose
