It is stamped 'PLAT' and in our opinion would test as platinum. Diamond 1 measures 4.55mm x 4.73mm x 2.52mm approximately . Diamond 2 measures 4.73mm x 4.72mm x 2.71mm approximately. The approximate qualities of the diamonds are; colour J/K/L, clarity I1/I2/I3. Gross weight 29.12.22.

A Mother-of-Pearl and Sapphire and Blue Stone Dress Stud, Button and Cufflink Suite, comprising of two dress studs, four buttons and a pair of chain linked cufflinks, the octagonal mother-of-pearl plaques with a round cut sapphire centrally in white crimped settings, cased by Fattorini & Sons Ltd, Diamond Merchants, BradfordThe pieces are in good condition, however one button and one stud appear to be replacements, and there are areas of discolouration to the reverse, at least three of the sapphires also appear to have been replaced with an alternative blue stone, possibly paste. The majority are stamped 'EAP' and '9CT', the replacement button is stamped '9CT', the replacement stud bears no hallmark nor stamp, in our opinion would test as gold. Gross weight 12.3 grams.

The central stone is surrounded by s twisted bezel above a surrounding strand of drilled seed peals on wire, which are in turn surrounded by a circle of green stones, circled by ivy leaves. The shank surface tests in the region of 10Kt. Size Q. Gross weight approximately 6.1 grams.

Featuring an old mine cut ring set in a raised wire made design.With a jewellery report from the World Gemological Institute grading the central stone as an Old mine cut diamond, of an estimated 0.65 carat, colour grade L, clarity grade VS2. The report grades the remaining eight round brilliant cut diamonds as G-H in colour, with clarity grades of Si1-2 and a total approximate carat weight of 0.40 carats.
