Diamond single stone ring with an old brilliant cut diamond estimated to weigh approximately 0.50cts in platinum setting with further diamonds to shoulders on 18ct yellow gold shank. Ring size K.Condition report: A lively bright stone, good colour, estimated clarity SI2/I1, one claw is worn. The setting and shank appears to be in good condition commensurate with age and daily wear. Needs a clean. Not hallmarked but stamped '18ct Plat', circa 1930/1950. Gross weight approximately 2.2 grams.
Edwardian diamond gypsy ring with an old cut diamond estimated to weigh approximately 0.6ct in rub-over setting on 18ct yellow gold shank. Ring size N½.Condition report: The ring is in very good condition commensurate with age. The shank bears London hallmarks for 18ct and makers mark- B.H. Co, there is no date letter present but we believe the ring to be circa. 1900. There are no obvious signs that it has been re-sized but it may have been. The interior of the band is also engraved with a postcode. The stone is a very lively bright white stone, with no obvious draw of colour. There are no obvious inclusions when viewed with a 10x optical loop. Colour and clarity is difficult to estimate due to the setting but our opinion would be that it is Colour H/I and VS clarity, the edge of the stone cannot be examined due to mount. Total gross weight, 4.7 grams.
