William IV 18ct gold mourning ringset with a diamond on a black enamel ground within a scrolling gold cartouche. Hair section to reverse. Ring size K. Approx weight 4.4 grams. (B.P. 21% + VAT) Hallmarked for 1835. There appears to be no sign of re-sizing. Condition is good overall. Some wear to the enamel at the shoulders. Diamond estimate 0.2cts. (Measured with a hole gauge, stone is in a closed back setting).
