A large George III yellow metal mourning ring, set with oval moon stone cabochon, with inscription underneath dated 1795, size M, approx 10g. CONDITION REPORT: The metal is unmarked and has not been tested. Gemstone is a moonstone, approx 24 x 14mm, cabochon is badly damaged, cracked throughout, there is a small hole with piece missing, the shank is misshapen and is heavily scratched.

CONDITION REPORT: 18ct ring set with red stone worn with scratches etc, one of the 9ct signet rings extremely misshapen, general surface wear throughout, the base metal ring has one stone missing and others damaged, repaired split to band and corrosion. The cufflinks are base metal.

CONDITION REPORT: Horse shoe brooch missing one stone, hole to back, metal generally appears thin, otherwise general wear.

The man is quoted as saying 'Good cheer' in the tavern scene and the tankard is inscribed 'L', the verse around the edge runs as follows 'He needs no napkin for his hands, his fingers ends to wipe, who keeps his kitchen in his box and roast meat in his pipe'.
