Intaglio in very good condition, very minor nibbles to the edge of the stone but no obvious damage. Light surface wear commensurate with age. Please see additional photos of signature, fine quality carving, setting and shank in very good condition, not marked but likely to be either 15ct or 18ct gold. The ring was given to the vendor's grandmother as a gift from her husband.In our opinion we believe it to be hardstone rather than glass although it has not been tested or examined by a gemologist and it is for the buyer to form their own opinionTotal gross weight approx 5.9 grams
