A citrine set bracelet together with a citrine swivel fob and a 'Fumsup' WWI good luck charm, the bracelet composed of four larger citrine set links, each oval cut stone claw set in an open mount of trailing stems and flowers, alternating via short chain connections with four cushion shaped pierced links, each with a flowerhead in a linear outline, hidden box clasp, integral safety chain, white metal tests for silver, length 18cm; together with a swivel fob designed as two entwined snakes holding between their heads the three-sided oval citrine, length 3.3cm; and a charm in the form of a standing infant, with wooden head and inset glass eyes and a four-leafed clover impressed on the forehead, a white metal body (tests for silver) with winged ankles and movable arms, the hands with the 'thumbs up' from which its name derives, and 'Fumsup' written across its chest, registered serial number 636612 on its back, length with suspensory loop 3.5cm (3) These 'Fumsup' charms became popular in the late 19th century, reaching a peak in the First World War 1914-18, with wood to touch for good luck, Mercury's winged heels to speed the bearer from danger, a four-leafed clover and the thumbs up sign for 'good luck' and 'all's well'

A fine 18th century painted carved wood chimney piece to a design by Robert Adam, with replacement stone slips 166 x 214.50cm (65 x 84in) Other Notes: The current chimneypiece is comparable in design and size to two drawings of chimneypieces executed by Robert Adam for the Adelphi project. The Adelphi buildings were a block of unified neo-classical terrace houses occupying the land between the Strand and the River Thames in the parish of St Martin-in-the Fields built by Robert Adam between 1768-72. They were demolished in the early 1930s.

An 18th century Iberian pendant cross set with rock crystals together with four later Russian pendant crosses, the first of pierced filigree design with the five principal rock crystals closed back set in raised bosses, with a central round cut stone and larger round cut stones for the three upper arms of the cross, the lower one formed by a suspended pear cut stone, highlighted throughout with small round cut white stones possibly pastes, white metal assumed silver, oval mark of a swan struck twice on suspensory loop, length 9.1cm; all the Russian crosses of pierced and embossed form with orthodox crosses and cyrillic letters, the largest set with a red paste and four freshwater pearls, three of them with partial gilt finish, two with remnants of matt green enamel, all with engraved decoration on the backs and fixed suspensory loops, lengths 5.5 - 8.2cm (5) The Russian Orthodox cross has three cross bars - a short upper one upon which rests the cyrillic form of the label INRI (Iesus Nazarenus Rex Iudaerum - Jesus of Nazareth, King of the Jews), and a lower one representing the footrest, usually angled possibly to suggest the forthcoming ascent to heaven. The cyrillic letters on either end of the principal crossbar represent IC XC, the Greek abbreviation for Jesus Christ, and at his feet NIKA meaning 'conquers'.
