Peter Nicholson (1765-1844) was a Scottish architect, mathematician, and engineer, best known for his theoretical work on the skew arch and his invention of notable draftsmans instruments. Condition Report: rubbing to marbled paper boards, edges lightly worn, corners and spine ends rubbed, a few leaves lightly creased, scattered foxing throughout.
