The necklace fastens with a lobster claw catch. The pendant is stamped `14K` and the chain `14KT` and in our opinion they would test as gold. There is a stone missing from the centre of the `K`. It fastens with a pin and revolver catch. It bears no hallmark, but in our opinion would test as platinum. The green painted bucket featuring twin painted medallions of a burning house and a clipper ship, over the central oval medallion with the name of volunteer "J.STONE 1775" painted in black block letters, over two vertically placed ribbon banners with laurel branches reading "All Hands" "No. 9" "Hose". Dated 1775, Height 13 inches (30.5 cm). This bucket has descended in the family to the present day from the original owner Jacob Stone.
