It is a type of fluorite with bands of purple, blue, grey and yellow. It has been highly prized for working into ornaments and jewellery. There is very little of it left in the mine now, and will become much sought after in years to come.

On one side there is a panel of pave set enhanced blue princess cut diamonds and on the other a single row of white princess cut diamonds to an approximate total diamond weight of 2.24cts not including the central stone as above. Set throughout in 14ct yellow and white gold. Finger size O. Insurance valuation for $7000.
