A 1920s 18 carat gold mounted ladies dress ring, the centre emerald approx 1 carat, within a band of eight diamonds, each approx 0.15/0.2 carat, the centre stone approx 0.7 cm x 0.5 cm, 5.6 g, size O CONDITION REPORTS The emerald has a chunk missing from one corner. Is very worn to the cuts with some surface scratches, etc. There is also an internal flaw to the emerald. Bears hallmark "H-M 750" and Birmingham anchor. See images. Unable to comment on the colour / clarity of the diamonds. Not qualified gemologists. The ring was filthy to the point of being completely solid on the back upon delivery to the saleroom. Has been roughly cleaned but is still very dirty. See images for further detail.
