BARWISE, LONDON, AN UNUSUAL NOVELTY TIMEPIECE in the form of a Victorian bangle, registration lozenge for 12th July 1868, retailed by Jones, 23 Boulevard des Capucines, Paris, the circular white enamel dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial, gilt hands, signed and numbered 8363 to the dial, similarly to the dust cover and key-wound movement, having a rose diamond end stone, housed in a bangle with champleve enamel shoulders, on a circular plinth, with a non-original and imperfectly fitting glass dome, the dial approximately 4.5cm diameter.
