Y AN ANGLO-INDIAN EXOTIC HARDWOOD, COROMANDEL AND SATINWOOD CENTRE TABLE 19TH CENTURY 79cm high, 105cm wide, 65cm deep Condition Report: Overall there are some scratches, marks, chips, cracks and abrasions consistent with age and use.There are casters and they work well on the stone floor on which the table is currently standing.There are two drawers to one side, two false drawers to the opposing side and a false drawer to each end. A LARGE COADE STONE ARCHITECTURAL CORINTHIAN CAPITAL BY COADE & SEALY, DATED 1812 Impressed 'Coade & Sealy 1812' approximately 58cm high, 131cm wide, 50cm deep The 'Descriptive Catalogue of Coade's Artificial Stone Manufactory' of 1784 lists and depicts various capital designs. Perhaps the closest to this example is No. 179 illustrated on page 61 and described as 'The Corinthian'. The firm traded as 'Coade and Sealy' from 1799-1813.Possibly commissioned for Leeds Court House, designed by Thomas Taylor and built 1811-13 (demolished 1901).

Bone spoon and cork curretly within. 7.6 cm tall.Frosted snowflake glass with red glass overlay (medium) with dragon double Xi character generally in good condition.6.1 cm tall.Frosted snowflake glass with red glass overlay (smaller) with dragon to either side in good confition. 6.4 cm tall.Opaque white glass with green glass overlay (largest bottle) decorated with a carp beneath lotus flowers to one side and a bird in foliage to the other. In good condition. 7.7 cm tall.The example in carved stone resembling chalcedony decorated with a bird and flowers to one side with mythical creature masks to the shoulders in good condition. 5.9 cm tall.Frosted snowflake glass with blue glass overlay (smallest) with birds in branches to either side in very good confition. 5.6 cm tall.Most toppers with wear and faults one missing hardstone and one stopper absent.
Two speculative Russian painted bronze figures, inscribed "Faberge" and dated 1912, height 7". Accompanying these figures is a copy of an entry from a Sotheby's sale catalogue showing two identical figures, and further printed information speculating on the origin of these figures, which appear to be copies of or models for the well known Faberge hard stone figures of the Kamer Kazak Guards of the Russian Empresses.
