A collection of Hunter S Thompson items including drafts and annotated drafts for Midnight In Pismo Beach: Doomed Love At The Taco Stand. This article was ultimately published by Time magazine, with this Lot presenting either photocopies or possible faxes of the authors original drafts, with annotations mentioning Johnny Depp who starred in the film Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas. These are not the original hand written annotations but either copies or faxed copies. Some of the paper is on Rolling Stone headed paper. Together with a collection of Hunter S Thompson related audiobooks and films on cassette, CD and DVD. Titles include The Jokes Over by Ralph Steadman (read by James Adams on 10 CDs), The Rum Diary (read by Campbell Scott on cassette), Stories I Tell Myself by Juan F Thompson and others together with a signed Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas audiobook on cassette. This rare copy is signed to the front of the insert by artist Ralph Steadman, and to the inside by audiobook cast members Harry Dean Stanton (who also plays the Judge in the film adaptation), and Jim Jarusch who voices Duke.
