The brown flaw that is noticed between 4 and 5 o'clock appears to be a natural flaw, also there is some pale brown host matrix at around 10 o'clock, which is rather more evident when the opal is viewed from the back, this is all part of the natural stone. Claws could benefit from re tipping, opal has some surface scratches
