The Devils Bridge. Acrylic & Oil. I have been fascinated with the Devil's Bridge for a long time. Situated among lush foliage of Kromlauer Park, Germany. It looks as if it belongs in a Grimm's Fairytale. Commissioned in 1860 and built using local stone, it forms a perfect circle by reflection. According to folklore, this is how it got its name. It was believed to be too perfect, and so was thought to be the Devil's work.
