J Freeman, watercolour "Stone Hut, Roman Road, Wheedale Moor", 16.5 cm x 23 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Overall the condition is good with no obvious tears. The colours are good. Its is in a frame contemporary to it although it is rather dated and tired.

A wrought iron based square form coffee table, with stone and marble top. Height 41 cm, top 102 cm square. CONDITION REPORT: This table has no significant age and is probably only 30 or so years old. The table is structurally sound. At the centre of each side there is a three-part leaf. On one side of the centre leaf 50% is missing. The top itself has a chip to one corner and various other small nibbles to the edge. There are no significant cracks or any further damage to the top surface other than old surface scratches and marks as one would expect. The table has no wooden components and there is therefore no woodworm.
